If you get a new mobile device or need to swap to another device, e.g. from a personal phone to a work phone, it's not a problem.
▶️ Simply sign-out on your old device, then install the app on your new device.
Sign in with the same email and password you used on your old phone and all your Series and settings will be there in your new phone.
⚠️ It's important to sign-out on your old device so the notification system doesn't get confused where to send notifications. If you are signed in on multiple devices, notifications may not make it through to the right phone.
✅ It's ok if you don't know the password you can either reset your password or sign in using a magic link
