Why am I not able to sign in to the app with my registered email?

Learn how you might have installed the wrong app and why it's not letting you sign in

There are a number of different Apps with similar names to Forget Me Not and it looks like you may have have installed the wrong app.

✅ The following Apps have similar names but are not the correct app.

If you have either of these apps and you can't sign in with your registered email then close the app, uninstall and head back to the App Store and search for "Forget Me Not Chat". This should take you to the correct App, or follow the links in the Install the app guide.
