Sometimes our emails can get quarantined by company email systems due to false positives and they need to be released to ensure further emails can be delivered.
You may receive a quarantined message notification as shown in the example below.
To release the emails from quarantine, follow the instructions provided in the email:
- Review message
- Request release
✅ If you continue to get quarantined emails, contact your IT team to resolve the issue with the email system
