# Send Password Reset Link from Learner App

LEARN HOW TO PROVIDE YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL TO REQUEST A PASSWORD LINK FROM THE
LEARNER APP

If you are having trouble logging in to the Learner App and have selected the
Send Password Reset Link option
[https://support.forgetmenot.chat/learner-app-forgot-password?hsLang=en] then
you will need to enter your registered email address and tap Request Password
Reset.

If your email matches a registered account, you will be sent a password reset
link email [https://support.forgetmenot.chat/password-reset-email?hsLang=en].
Tap Open Email App if you have your email on your device otherwise open the
email as normal and follow the instructions to set a new password.

Then tap Log in with a Password to return to log in with an email
