# Why do I get 'oops we've hit a snag - try again'

SOMETIMES THINGS DON'T WORK AS THEY SHOULD AND IT LOOKS LIKE YOU'VE HIT A SNAG
AFTER SIGNING IN TO THE APP

There are a few things that can cause this issue so try the following options.

 1. Uninstall

    latest version from the App Store.
 3. Sign in [https://support.forgetmenot.chat/sign-in?hsLang=en].

are broken from a previous version 
 1. Uninstall

    FMN App.
 2. shutdown your phone (not restart).
 3. start up your phone.
 4. Install [https://support.forgetmenot.chat/install-the-app?hsLang=en] the
    app.
 5. Sign in [https://support.forgetmenot.chat/sign-in?hsLang=en].

For Android Devices

 1. Open your Android device's Settings menu, and then tap Apps. 
 2. Locate and tap Forget Me Not.
 3. Tap Storage and then tap Clear cache.
 4. Open the app then sign in using email and password

For Apple Devices
