# Why can't I install the Forget Me Not® app on my phone?

THE APP REQUIRES A COMPATIBLE OPERATING SYSTEM (OS) AND A DEVICE WITH ENOUGH
STORAGE SPACE TO ALLOW INSTALLATION

If you can’t install the app on your mobile device there can be a number of
reasons why.
