# App requirements

LEARN WHAT THE RECOMMENDED DEVICE REQUIREMENTS ARE TO ACCESS THE FORGET ME NOT®
APP

Ebbinghaus (the mascot dog) recommends to make sure your mobile device meets the
minimum requirements before installing the Learner App

might run into trouble.

As a general rule, if your smartphone is less than 4 years old then you should
be fine as long as you've been applying regular system updates.

✅ While the Forget Me Not® mobile application may work on lesser versions, we
recommend updating to the latest OS version as we only support the latest OS
minus 2 versions. For example if the latest iPhone OS is 17 then we only
officially support phones with iOS 15, 16 & 17


 

✅ If your mobile device is not compatible for our app or you just prefer to
learn from your laptop or desktop computer then you can access Forget Me Not®
from Learner Web

GOOGLE ANDROID MOBILE DEVICES

 * Android 12 or later

 * Minimum API level 31

 * iOS 15 or later

WINDOWS MOBILE DEVICES

⚠️ Forget Me Not® App is not currently supported from a Windows Phone or from a
