# Learner Web Communication Settings

LEARN HOW TO CHECK AND CHANGE YOUR NOTIFICATION OPTIONS, AND SET YOUR PREFERRED
DAYS AND TIMES TO GET QUESTIONS

Once you've signed in to Learner Web
[https://support.forgetmenot.chat/sign-in-to-learner-web?hsLang=en] you can
easily check your communication settings including notification options, days
and time to receive questions.

▶️ Go to the user profile name (top-right), then select
Settings > Communication.

Set your notification options for email, push or browser. Adjust the days and
time you want to receive questions.

⚠️ For Forget Me Not to work effectively a minimum of 5 days must be enabled to
receive question reminders

✅ When browser notifications are enabled, you will need to allow this in the
browser settings popup window.

⚠️ The default communication settings are applied when the account is created as
follows:

Notification time 10am on days Monday - Friday only with Push and Email
communications enabled.
