# Learner Web My Account Password

LEARN HOW TO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS SUCH AS NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND UPDATE
YOUR PASSWORD

Once you've signed in to signed in to Learner Web
[https://support.forgetmenot.chat/sign-in-to-learner-web?hsLang=en] you can
easily check your account settings
[https://support.forgetmenot.chat/learner-web-account-settings?hsLang=en]
including first name, last name and email address. You can also update your
password if required.

▶️ From the user profile account settings, select My Account.

Update the password as required by providing the current password and a new
password. The select Update Password to apply the changes.

⚠️ Changing your password for Learner Web will also change it for the Mobile App

Management Console

also have an Administrator or Team Manager account.
