# What happens to Freestanding if we change our WiFi network or password

Forget Me Not® Freestanding comes pre-configured to your WiFi network so
everything should work when it's powered on. In the case where the device is
showing a connection error it might be due to one of the following situations:

 * WiFi Network SSID name may have changed
 * WiFi Network password may have changed
 * WiFi Network security settings may have changed

⚠️In order for Forget Me Not® to provide support to you Freestanding Kiosk there
must be a competent person available to perform actions on the kiosk device on
