If you can’t login with the QR Code there can be a number of reasons why.

Possible Issue

Suggested Resolution

 * The Kiosk has lost connection to the WiFi network
 * The WiFi network details may have changed recently

 
 * Contact your organisational IT person to check that the WiFi network is
   operational

 

 * The Kiosk has lost connection to the Internet

 
 * Contact your organisational IT person to check that the Internet is
   operational

 

 * The QR Code that was scanned is not recognised by the system

 
 * There may be other QR Codes on your lanlard that are being scanned by
   mistake, ensure that only the Forget Me Not® QR Code is visible in the
   scanning zone

 * The QR Code that was scanned is damaged

 
 * Contact your manager to arrange a new QR Code
