Forget Me Not® Freestanding

is a special version of Forget Me Not® that runs on an android tablet that
provides learners with a shared kiosk device to answer questions.

If you have a Forget Me Not® Freestanding Kiosk at your location there may be
multiple ways you can login and these are determined by your organisation.

⚠️ Login options are made available specific to an organisation and only some
options may be visible in your tablet


  LOGIN OPTIONS

 * QR Code
 * Face ID & Pin

QR CODE

QR Code login uses a unique QR Code that is generated by the Forget Me Not®
system for each learner account. When presented to the camera on the Forget Me
Not® Freestanding Kiosk, the system will look up the account and login the user
when an account matches the code.

QR Codes can be presented in any of the following ways:

 * Printed and laminated and then attached to an existing ID lanlard
 * Stored on a mobile device as a image and displayed when required

FACE ID & PIN

Face ID & Pin uses a unique Face ID and pin code combination that is setup once
you have logged in using QR Code. When scanned with the Forget Me Not®
Freestanding Kiosk camera, the system will look up the Face ID and pin and login
the user when an account matches.

⚠️ Face ID and Pin are different to using an email and password used with
Learner App and Learner Web
